Steve Marsh
Steve Transferred from South Fremantle to become playing coach of our 1957 Premiership side. He coached from 1957 to 1961 and played 36 games in that period. While playing for South Fremantle he played in numerous state games.
Wilson Onions
Wilson Joined East Fremantle in 1952, when our home was at Fremantle Oval, he played 102 games between 1952 and 1960. In 1953 Old East moved to East Fremantle oval.
Wilson was a strong utility player (now days called an on-baller). He was hard at the ball and had many opponents looking over their shoulder.
To the amusement of opposition players, Wilson earned 1 Sandover Medal vote in 1956.
Wilson played in the 1957 premiership side.
Wilson is still actively involved at East Fremantle and was president of the East Fremantle Past Players and Officials Association for many years, he also serves on the zoning committee.
Con Regan
Con played 261 games for East Fremantle between 1953 and 1965. Con played at both ends of the ground, full forward and full back and played in premieship sides 1957 and 1965. In 1961 He played in the famous game at Brisbane when WA defeated Victoria.
Con is a life member of our club and was named at full back in our Team of the century.
Norm Rogers
Norm was a courageous centre-half-back playing 234 games for Old East between 1956 and 1968. In that time he played in the 1957 and 1965 premiership sides. He won an All Australia Blazer in 1958
